Zac Manafort

Principal Consultant + Founder

Zac Manafort is a U.S. Army Special Operations veteran who transitioned from leading teams in high-stakes military environments to building growth strategies for some of the most innovative companies in tech and Web3.

From March through December 2023, Zac served as Growth Marketing Lead at Ava Labs, the team behind the Avalanche blockchain. In that role, he drove ecosystem growth initiatives across DeFi, NFTs, and enterprise adoption, working at the intersection of community development, content strategy, and data-driven marketing.

In July 2024, Zac founded Trading Aloha Solutions to bring that same level of strategic clarity and execution to a broader range of clients. The firm specializes in AI strategy, Web3 consulting, and community-driven growth for businesses ready to scale.

Zac is an active member of the StandWithCrypto Hawaii Chapter, advocating for responsible digital asset policy and supporting the growth of the crypto ecosystem in the state.
